There has been some major news on this.

Carlos Munoz is reportedly set for a full time ride with Andretti. He doesn't have a major sponsor behind him (aside from a few associates) but it is reported by Open Wheel America and Champ Car Uncensored that he will be full time

Jack Hawksworth is expected to be at least part time with a Honda team.

Rahal Letterman is seeking to enter the #17 (which had Mike Conway at Long Beach and Michel Jourdain at Indianapolis) for more races, possibly for a full time campaign.

The schedule is expected to not add any new races except an Indianapolis Road Course race before the 500, but a number of events remain possible. These include: A round in Italy at either Imola, Mugello, or Monza; a return to Cleveland; a new race at Ft. Lauderdale; a new race in Providence Rhode Island; A round at the NOLA track in Louisiana; a return to Road America; Michigan; Phoenix.
