About Brian Wilson;
Wilson was born on April 16,1993 in Denver, Colorado.Wilson began racing at age 6 at cart racing when he won 2 championships in 5 years running the league. His Family moved to Charleston,SC when he was 13.He ran 3 seasons of SC stock car racing, unitil he was promoted to drive the #12 Dodge for SHM.

About Brad Kurtis;
Kurtis was born on May 11,1992 in Sioux City, Iowa. He started racing go-karts at age 3. he didn't start stock car racing until age 14, Currently running USA National series while running 5 races in the YG second car, #32

About the team
The team started out as northern racing organization in 1997.It remained as it was with drivers Charley Reese and John Herder. Both winning a combined 8 champinships. It was enough to enter the NORA True Value Truck and Aflac Yung Guns teams.

It was announced just this morning the the sponsor schedule has been released.Plus with a new schedule,a new sponsor was rumored to sponsor the 12,Conway Freight will sponsor the #12 for a few races

Conway Freight to Sponsor the #12 for a few races;

Conway Freight has been confirmed to sponsor the 12 for a few races.Wilson stated,"Its happy for these guys to put their sponsor on our team to keep supporting us."The deal was made on April 4.They also saythey run max. of six races for the 2010 season while Red Bull will sponsor the rest.

Kurtis Runs Part Time in team's new 32 car;

While seting up the #12 car , the team has announced they will let Brad Kurtis drive the 32 car for Shell Motorsports. They also announced that he will run 5 races.

Team Ready?

Shell Motorsports is expected to have there two car org. ready.Wilson made a statement,"I'll try to get good experince in this #12 car".

Wilson and Kurtis have GREAT day;Round 1

Both Wilson and Kurtis had great days finshing 5th and 7th respectivly.Brian Wilson stated, "It was very fun!, my car was running in the middle most of the race.".Kurtis followed with,"Unforuntaly we have to run part-time but still im going to have a feeling that Shell Motorsports will have a good season"

Disastrous Weekend for SM;Round 2

Shell Motorsports suffers a disastrous weekend with both cars failing to finish with Wilson finishing 26th and Brad Kurtis finishing 40th.Kurtis will not return to the AYG till round 6 at SANRIA.

Major Announcement;

It was recently announced that effective Jan 1, 2011.Shell Motorsports will be renamed to Verizon Motorsports and will fleet Chevy's instead of Toyota's and Dodges(in AARO), and Ike Kendall Jr will be the team's new CEO of Verizon Motorsports,"Yes, I was pleased to see all the changes that will happen to this rookie team in 2011." Ike stated.UPDATE;If Wilson is selected to drive the 36 in the AARO,they would switch all teams to dodges.If Wilson fails to get a ride for JN,they would stay with Chevy's.

BW finished 36th 26 laps down after crashing on lap 4 after being tagged.BW stated,"I have a feeling that i may not get the 36 next year."If Wilson Falls out of the Top 35 by end of Round 6 , They will have Walter Green Driving the 12 car for the remaing portion of the year, as Walter Green Finished 18th in the Final NTVTS Standings.

Red Bull Drops sponsorship,Conway Freight to sponsor the #12 for remainder of the year..

Due to recent finishes, Red Bull has decided to end its sponsorship contract with SM after Brian Wilson has crashed in every race....."Its not what we expected",Wilson Stated. Conway Freight will sponsor the #12 for the remainder of the year..

Valvoline to Sponsor ALL Shell Motorsports Teams

Its has been confirmed that Valvoline will Sponsor all SM teams in 2011."Its a great deal for Vavoline to come aboard all of our cars."The Deal has only been sealed for National Divisions, however it will be a associates for Regional Teams in AARO and NORA..
