Banned Users:

ScottRiggs66: For passing off a car painted by Josh Mertz as his town on NNR.

Drivers:

You are allowed to enter at most 3 drivers into this league. You may use yourself, and you may use fictional drivers. Your driver must be at least 12 years of age.

Banned Sponsors:

Anything having to do with the following is banned from the NNRCS.

-Porn

-War Profiteering

-Music Bands

-Other Sports Leagues

-Racist or Hate Groups

-Cigarettes

-Political Based Sponsors

I throw this out there because it's a clever idea, although some people won't use it. You may sponsor your website, as long as it doesn't have to do with the above sponsors. An Ernhrdtfan Racing car is okay, as long as it doesn't have the TMMC logo on it.

Allowed Car Makes:

Chevrolet Impala
Dodge Charger
Toyota Camry (Both the new headlights and the old headlights templates are fine by me.)
Ford Fusion

The mod being used is the Cup 11s mod.

I agree. That's why I joined the International Driver's League thing instead.

I used it because it's based on actual driving skills. That's why I used such a format to determine ratings.
