The forum I used to think was cool is no longer. No, this isn't a rant video about this forum. Do you think I'd really rant about this forum? It's about a forum that a few of you are also on.

I've always been sorta iffy about EFR. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are some really cool people on there, but I think Cynon calls people out on some stupid stuff, as well as some other admins. When I post on there, I try to make sure that what I write isn't gonna get me yelled at. But I do however, think it's stupid and pointless that you ban someone for asking why they bumped a topic that was 4 months old. But who knows, from what I can tell, EFR has been falling apart the last couple of months.

I agree. I've been gone for almost a week and a half from EFR, and when I come back to check on things, I found out that everything went to hell in a hand basket.

What the hell happened? Did someone break a mirror or something? EFR used to be a fun place to go to, but now... I just don't know what to think anymore.

On top of that, Antknee has been acting like a real jerkoff. I know he and JRod have some history, but what he did this week is just unacceptable. What did he do?

He unbanned ScottRiggs66.

What the **** is that BS?! He unbans a guy who is just absolutely awful just to get back at JRod?! I think one of us needs to talk with Ernhrtfan1 about this, because Antknee says he's tired of the crap that EFR has, but what he doesn't realize is that he's contributing to the crap going on at EFR.

(sigh) From what I've read, CJay's not exactly happy about it either. I'm probably gonna talk to him about maybe starting up his own forum for ARLA, because at the rate EFR is going, I think Cjay would be a lot better off with his own forum.

I'll be honest, guys. I don't think EFR is gonna last much longer.

Well, I sent him a PM about the whole ARLA forum thing, but I haven't heard anything back from him yet.

This is just my opinion, but Cooper is an egomaniacal douche bag. One thing that I won't do is become one of those with my league.

I've never really liked Cynon that much either. When crosby and I first started out with the AERS, it was on EFR. We got permission for a new topic in The Minor Leagues, and posted info about the series. Cynon called us out on all the things we did wrong, and told us that the AERS would never take off.

Well... As of last year, the AERS got a full 43 car field entry list! So Cynon can suck on those little chinese nuts!

Here's my take on this.

EFR has gotten really bad because of, new people who refuse to read the rules before they post. But, it certainly doesn't help when the admins yell and mock them afterwards. I can see why they're mad at these new people but you got to have respect, like this forum. Jrod has had his moments, but to be honest, I think JRod is GOOD for EFR. Why not have a fun, cool guy to hang around at a forum!?

Plus, most new members just go on there thinking they're going to get a TMMC ride, and when they don't, they start to whine and complain and ask a ton of questions.

I don't know, but I think there may be too many rules?

The reason I made the rant is because I was wrongfully banned and when Josh got unbanned, I was still banned despite the fact that I did NOTHING WRONG. I was telling the truth about RJ and it got me banned. Now, the fact that RJ got unbanned by antknee REALLY tells you what state that forum is in: Admins unbanning a-holes to get back at wrongfully banned users. And don't even get me STARTED on Cynon.

Well, Antknee made a post in EFR, saying he's "clearing the air" about the incident with Josh, Jrod, and ScottRiggs66. He's saying that because Josh and ScottRiggs66 had "first time offences", their bans were lifted.

Josh, I can understand. But here's the problem I have with lifting ScottRiggs66's ban.

1. His attitude on EFR is just downright wreckless and irresponsible.

2. And more importantly, he made a SECOND ACCOUNT AND TRIED TO DODGE HIS BAN. According to the rules, making a second account to try to dodge your ban gets you banned PERMANENTLY.

(sighs) I swear, Antknee's rulings are like NASCAR's; no consistency. Saying Antknee's and NASCAR's rulings are gonna be consistent is like an ant trying to move a giant boulder. It's just not gonna happen.


Personally, I think Antknee's post is a load of bulls***. I used to have respect for him, but now I'm not so sure anymore.

and don't get me started on the TMMC sponsor rules.

you know what, screw it, since I brought up the whole TMMC sponsor restriction topic, why not say what I have to say.

From EFR: Sponsors that are BANNED!!

- Blackwater Security
Reason: War Profiteering (if it's beacause of personal opinions that you have on the war, yoiu shouldn't restrict it for the whole series.)

- Halliburton and it's subsidiaries (KBR included).
Reason: War Profiteering (didn't I see this on Tony Durbin's car back in 2008 or somthing? hypocrite)

- Any Branch of the Military of any Country
Reason: Advertising for people to go die does not interest me. Most people who enlist in the modern day I don't believe know what they're getting themselves into. (1, like I said, don't let your personal opinions affect the series, and 2, I, and the whole Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air force, and Coast guard know what they are getting into, you don't know what we go through, the SACRIFICES we make to make the country, no, the world at least a better place.

- Religious Based Sponsors
Reason: There is nothing that irritates me more then this. I don't showcase my religion on cars, and I didn't on the anniversary of its founder passing away. I think it's reasonable to expect the same from everyone else. (well if you don't thats ok, but I'll say it again, don't let your personal opinions affect the series)

- Pornographic Studios/Magazines/Adult Material
Reason: Do I really need to say why? (ok, I agree on this one.)

- Nascar
Reason: 'cause in our little alternate universe, it doesn't exist. (same as above)

- Racist or Hate Groups
Reason: Again, do I really need to say why this is a no-no? To an extent, this goes along with political sponsors. Displaying the Confederate flag is totally cool in my book, don't worry. It's the bedsheet-donning KKK that gives it a bad name. (once again, same as above)

Sponsors I will discourage users from using

- Some Bands
Reason: They either suck or are famous for the wrong reasons (like being trendy and sucky). You have to be kinda lame to put a band on your car in the first place. (on the fence, but it wouldn't hurt just for at least a few races)

- EA
Reason: Do you really want to glorify their garbage? (my god, I'll say it again, don't let your personal opoinions get in the way of the series) (I like some EA games)

- NNRacing.com
Reason: Does anyone really want to advertise for that cesspool of failed humanity? (don't know the site, nor do I want to know)

- Most Political-Based Sponsors (talk to me if you really want one, most likely you won't get it. The only political based sponsor is on the #85)
Reason: The series is not a place to showcase political beliefs. (then why the living hell do you have it on the 85? lead by example! if nobody else can have it, neither should you.)

That's what pisses me off more than anything. They don't stop and LISTEN to what we have to say. It's like they act like they're right all the time. That kind of attitude won't get you far in today's world.
