Quite disappointed, but this will give Hornish, Jr. another chance in Cup for now.

There'll be a lot of positive opportunities for a lot of people with this, no doubt, but I was really liking Allmendinger's performance in the #22 car, and I hate to see him go out (assuming that's what's going to happen). Surely he was on his way to his first victory.

Has there been any official word that Penske has fired Allmendinger yet?

As much as I like Robby Gordon, let's be real here. Sam Hornish is probably the only driver that'll be in the 22.

Glad he did that instead of fucking around for a few years with legal actions. He just bit the bullet and fortunately chose the fastest way to reinstation, regardless of whether it was a false positive as he says.
