| So where do you guys think Kenseth will end up? I think he is going to end up at Andretti Autosport. Thats right, Andretti is coming to NASCAR in 2013. It's unofficial but Jayski is saying they are buying Penske's Dodge shop. I wonder what his sponsor/s will be and number but it will be a Dodge. Andretti Autosport might have more then one car. This will be a perfect opportunity for someone like Justin Allgaier who deserves a cup ride. This will also give us a good ROTY battler for 2013 because we haven't had a good one since 2007. Allgaier Vs. Stenhouse Jr. sounds awesome. Kurt Busch could also be a contender for a ride at Andretti. He has been with Dodge and been very successful in the previous years. MONSTER maybe sponsoring him full time? Other people that might look into Andretti are Brian Vickers (Unless gets full time ride with MWR which is likely if sponsor falls into place), David Reutimann (TBR isn't working for David, if he was with a team with a good reputation then sponsors will come and he can be successful), Jamie McMurray (his contract is up with EGR at the end of 2012, unless performance picks up, he might be looking for a ride), Regan Smith (although it don't seem likely that Regan will leave Furniture Row, his contract is up at the end of 2012 and Penske Dodges have ran much better then the Furniture Row Chevys), David Ragan (as much as I hate him, he sucks even more at FRM, if he wants to do better, Andretti might be a good fit for him). Other drivers with contracts up at the end of 2012 but will probably resign with their current team are Ryan Newman (he has been very successful with SHR and he has a lot of sponsors backing him, why leave a championship organization), Martin Truex Jr. (he is doing fantastic this year with MWR and NAPA isn't leaving anytime soon, leaving would be stupid), Joey Logano (I think he finally hit his talent this year with that win at Pocono, he did a fantastic job, JGR likes Joey, hes not leaving), A.J. Allmendinger (Penske and Shell/Pennzoil like him, he is still learning in this series and it is only a matter of time until he wins, he is defiantly not leaving), and Aric Almirola (for his first full time year in cup, Aric is doing very well, he is still learning and I expect him to be even better next year, I don't think he is leaving). | |
