| Recently, NNRacing.com has been supposedly undergoing a revamp, which the site has been waiting on for a good number of years. Based on the updates from the site owner, Alex Santantonio, it was supposed to be up just after this year's Daytona 500, and instead, we still wait.
Anyone that's been following the league closely enough knows that my registration forms have failed on me a number of times. I promised that I'd get the registration forms back up when the new site went up. Like I said, this is yet to happen.
It isn't only the registration forms that have been giving me problems. Since NASCAR reworked its Sprint Cup racecar for the past four years, we've been trying to follow as closely as possible. Being that the NNRCS had started out using the SS.net COT mod, the 2011 season was set to go with the BR2010 mod. Then Bullring changed their template. I'm not sure what we'll do about that.
Several users do not like the new ratings system I have organized, which has been a problem as well. The NNRCS will host four full coverage races in 2011, and thus far, we do not have a broadcasting crew rounded up.
The NNRCS is going on another hiatus until further notice. Depending on when Alex sets the new site up, we'll be inactive, and I can't promise that it'll be anytime soon. | |
