Website Podcast

Ok so i was talking to pennst24 about a podcast the site admins and also Nick and Josh (i think it is) could do each week.

The Podcast would consist of a discusion on what is happening on the Series`s happening on the Website and also information about the website (updates, best forum post, ETC).

It could be 10 - 45 mins long and would need 3 people (nick, josh and a guest or popular admin or person on site) to feature in the podcast. To record it you will need audiocity (FREE) which is an audio recording software and Skype (FREE) which would use to talk to the other members of the podcast. Once you have recorded the episode send it to me VIA email and i would edit and put it on iTunes.

Putting a podcast on iTunes would reach out to bring in a bigger audience and to give the site a BIG name for itself. People could also advertise the podcast by advertising it on YouTube (i know i would).

I don't like this idea mostly because most of the forum is just going into high school this year so the work will likely be piled on and that means it'll also take longer to get the races out.

I don't like the idea ALL that well, since school is starting back up.

But it would save time during races when I have to explain random driver crap.

well i hope you guys come to an agreement... it could be 10 minutes on the weekend if so... we could even have different people on each week.... as long as it is a podcast

Also I don't have iTunes.

well maybe i could find another site that allows podcasts and other audio material

I just think maybe this would work if summer weren't quickly coming to an end.

i highly agree with you dude, but my im in the middle of my summer i have 3 weeks till i go back to school . i got plenty of time on my hands. and some weekends i dont go out anywhere so i would be a guest.

You know what? I'll admit it now. This online league has took my interest at the moment. I'm procrastinating with the AARO.

maybe it could be 3 people who can dedicate time to the podcast ? 3 admins or something
