NORA-fying the Default Tracks

I am updating all the Default Tracks in NR2003 to make them have NORA and AARO signage, along with possibly some INI edits. Stay tuned.

I'll do some of 'em, seeing as I also replaced the billboards at Texas. Total overhaul that I did for Texas. And a suggestion: We make the Lowell pavement GREEN for the Castrol Cup Series.

GREEN?! PAVEMENT GREEN?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

I've raced on a track where the pavement is orange.

That idea is WAY TOO RADICAL, but even more so for Lowell because it's basically the Daytona of the NORA universe. Is Daytona's pavement yellow for Sprint? No.
