"We're going back to where AARO was first started". Said David Stone, AARO President. "Our main headquarters is located there, and it'll bring back a big racing event back to Saskatchewan."
The AMP Energy Racing Series will be at Saskatchewan later in 2010, with the Aflac Yung Guns there as well. The stadium is surrounded with a massive grandstand, holding over 1 million people.
The decision to not return Darlington to the Finale is because it will be getting repaved after the AARO/ISCO races there ((OOC: I'm not using the repaved version for the finale, old is better)) and it will be used in a future Aflac Yung Gun test race in the offseason to see if the AARO is still satisfied with the racing provided.
Saskatchewan has gone since 1990 without a race at Saskatchewan, this new track built last year is expected to be on the schedule for quite a long time.
