URGENT help needed! Aers in jeopardy!!!

I deleted Internet explorer. Now my CPU won't go to the desktop screen. Goes to the start windows up normally screen then restarts. Help!!!!

You don't use Internet Imploder in the first place..

and how the hell can you do that, IE is embedded into all OS'es except Win 7.

IE isn't used to go to the desktop, unless you don't have a backup browser..

but, you *could* download the Firefox installation package onto your iPod, then connect your iPod to your PC, start it up, if it gets to the desktop, navigate to your My Computer/Computer (depending if you run XP, which I'm asssuming you do) and go into the iPod folders and install Firefox that way.

I don't use IE. I use firefox. I deleted it cuz I have no use for it...

What OS are you running? IE is used for several vital things in your pc, no matter how hard it fails.

It doesn't look good guys. My mom was trying to fix it, but then her grandma passed away, so it doesn't look like I'll get a new computer or get mine fixed for awhile. So, I guess I'll put it this way, I'll give it 15 days, if its not fixed by then, Justin Pisani will be your 2009 AERS Champion.

Oh, and, it looks like I'll have to get everything back, if I get a new PC. So, AERS 2010 cars will be gone. This just sucks...

When did you get your pc.
Did you plug in any stuff to it recently? May not be compatible.

IE is vital to the Windows XP system. I deleted it once, and had the same problem as crosby, but i was able to get back to the desktop and reinstall it

I actually don't know. It was awhile ago, but I believe I pressed F8 on startup when the Windows XP logo was showing with that little loading bar on the bottom. Then I started the computer up on Safe Mode, and reinstalled it then.

that helps my dad told me that if something like that happens to go into safe mode (btw my dad is a computer expert and has been for about 15 years or so)

try pressing F8 repeatedly till a black screen appears then use ur keyboard and press enter when safe mode with connection or wut ever it is so u can get on the internet then d/l IE

you might want to enter Dos mode in XP.

give it a bit more than that, it took me months to get nr2003 working when it stopped responding on me.

give it the time its needed, dont rush it. just cut 2009 short, and when ya fix it, start '10.

OK, so, my mom will be taking the PC to her work on Monday, if I don't get it by Thursday, the AERS will officially close for 2009.

I'm kinda half and half on this. One... I want you to have a computer again. Two... I also kinda wanna win the championship xD
