1.go into C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season
2.find rend_dxg file
3.open it up
4.find TextureSetSize=4194304
5.change it to -4463767 and your graphics will be clear and not blurry and turning up the graphics will help to

my fps aren't laggy at all i get about 70-145 fps

It all depends on what computer you have. Older computers tend to have a lesser amount of processing, as to newer computers have more memory, and processing. My computer gets in between 30-100 FPS (depending on the track), and that's with some graphics turned on

Pudge, you get 20-60.

I get 15-50 without fraps. Depending on the track.

20-60 was on the old computer. The 30-100 I'm talking about is when EndItAll is ran, and no other programs are open. And I get about a straight 30 on superspeedways, and 70-100 on short tracks and some speedways. It all depends on the amount of graphics being used.

Less graphics = Better FPS

More graphics = Slower frame rate

175 FPS without Fraps. 25 without. Big Jump.

I get around...150 FPS with everything turned on high/max, no matter what the track.
