Top: Dean Roberts and it wasn't even close Flop: Everyone else, specifically Klein Austin for doing laps in the pits for an hour to gain 0 spots

Spoiler:
Two top 5 finishes for Powell Racing; Dustin Boden angry after getting involved in two crashes
Nick Santiago: "I'm proud of how competitive the team ran today. Leading 10 laps and finishing 3rd for the second week in a row, it's unreal on how strong the start of the season has been. I think we can win races and compete for the championship. The guys back at the shop don't get enough credit for building fast trucks, I can't thank them enough for their hard work week in and week out."
Charles Daughtry: "Holy shit did I just finish 4th?" said Charles over the radio as he cross the finish line "After the disappointment of last week, this finish is a big confidence booster not just for me, but my whole team. It almost didn't happen because of some people driving over their heads. When the big wreck happen I thought we where in trouble, but thankfully only got a little bit of right front damage. It just feels so damn great to finish inside the top 5."
Dustin Boden: "This year can't get any fucking worse can it? Two dnfs in the first two races of the season and involved in two crashes today. The first crash had no reason to happen in the first place! I mean what the hell was the #3 and #02 trucks thinking? Going four wide so early on in the race on this track never works. The #3 was just a disaster in this race, doing laps in the pits all race long and causing a crash for no reason what so ever. I'm so frustrated that the season has gotten off to a horrible start. Last in points and didn't see the checkered flag in both races. I just want to finish a damn race for once!"

Spoiler:
Dean Roberts continues hot start, dominates Ford F-150
Deemed a throwaway prospect for JN Motorsports, it seems as if the young Dean Roberts is finding his groove in the AARO Pennzoil Truck Series early in the 2018 campaign. Surprisingly, Roberts finds himself leading the standings and has already scored his first victory. He’d take the lead from Jack Jefferson Jr., with 62 laps to go and he dominated from that point on.
“The team comradery is what holds this team together like this,” Roberts claimed, “Last night in the RV we all had a huge Fortnite party going on. Played all night, didn’t get much sleep, but you can just tell we’re a great team that just gets along. There’s never any trouble and the feedback is taken so well. I’m so happy for this team and the guys, man. I just am happy to be the one to bring this to them, especially considering I ain’t even know them just two months ago.”
