| Cilantro on the run-in with Fisher: "Didn't mean that at all. What happened was I came offa turn 2 with a real big run on the 90 in turn 3, and I tried to slow up and get right up against him so I could bumpdraft him down the back. I guess I misjudged when I started to do it. At least we both came out of it OK." | |

| Storyline wise, is Cilantro a pansy of sorts? doesn't like to beat and bang? |

On a mile-long banked track where cars go about 160-170 and a crash could really hurt someone...no, he doesn't. Not intentionally. On short tracks where they're a lot slower, yes, he does.

| Fisher Comments on Cilanto's-Fisher incident.
"I know Cilanto didn't mean it and like he said I was slow becuase I got a bad run of the corner, as long as we don't have anymore trouble we will be ok. "

| Tellez happy with solid 8th in Shootout
Louis Tellez had a good quiet run and just narrowly avoided a wreck to come home in 8th place in the AAA Shootout at Livonia. Here's what he told RPMtv after the race.
"We had a good car all race long, if this race was 20 laps longer we probably would've been contending for the win."
RPMtv Reporter: "What was going through your mind when you got through that wreck?"
"How on earth did I not get in the wreck? (laughs) No, but really i'm not sure i got through, I saw Kenny's car come down and he got into Jen and then I couldn't see anything, saw an opening up high and then i was clear."
RPMtv Reporter: "Now you finish in the Top 10 in this Walmart car, but it isn't the main sponsor your running in the opener or for the whole season, how did this happen?"
"(laughs) Well the negotiations on the new sponsors are still being finalized, we were suppose to have it done before we got here but that wasn't the case, so we decided to bring the Walmart car for one last go-around and we made them happy today. But I can assure you that the main car will be ready by the opener."
RPMtv Reporter: "Thanks, Louis."
"No prob."
(OOC: Vinny hasn't rendered the cars yet, I don't know if I can wait much longer, I'm hoping he does render them before the AERS and AYG openers.)
