| Just a suggestion, but next time do you think you could post the results/points WITH the video? 'Cause I swear I was trying so hard all day not to click on the results page... | |

LOL, we could only put in the top 10, we didnt feel like putting them in, were lazy sometimes. We can't get songs to play in the background, we got it, but the commentary was off a LOT! Any help?

I think you missed my point. What I meant was you should still post the results on the homepage, but not until you post the video.

Do you know how to put in background music for Windows Movie Maker? If you mean along with the commentary, I know how to do that. 1) Put the background music into the Audio/Music section as you normally would. 2) At the top left corner of the timeline, there should be a tab reading "Timeline". Click it and scroll down to Narrate Timeline. 3) Move the playback indicator, which appears as a square with a vertical line below it, to a point on the timeline where the Audio/Music track is empty, and where you want to begin your narration. 4) If Show options is visible, click it. To adjust the recording level of your narration, speak into your recording device and move the Input level slider to a place on the meter that registers your voice at the volume you want. You'll probably want the slider toward the upper part of the meter, but below the red-colored area. 5) Click Start Narration and begin to narrate the contents of the timeline. 6) When you finish your narration, click Stop Narration. 7) In the File name box, type a file name for your "narration", and then click Save. Afterwards, click Close. 8 ) Windows Movie Maker should automatically import your narration into the current collection and puts it on the timeline at the point on the Audio/Music track where you first began to narrate. Windows Movie Maker saves the file with a .wma (Windows Media Audio) file name extension to the folder you choose.

The tab I was referring to might be labeled "Storyboard" instead of "Timeline". You can also go to the Narrate Timeline function by clicking the Tools tab at the very top of the window and scrolling down to Narrate Timeline.
