McBeel livid about Spurling, Fortner livid about McBeel turning Laycroft over
Treyson McBeel was furious nonetheless after the Spurling car hits the #9 machine while he was leading the race. He fell to fourth and vented his frustration on Laycroft. This time, that made Kyle Fortner very angry. Both declined to be interviewed.
McBeel moves to 16th in the AAPMT championship point standings.
McClure fails to win. Once again, Byron McClure has failed to win this weekends Grand Detour race after he finished 15th and 2 laps down. "I led the most laps which is a good things. What's not good is that I lost another race, luckily I haven't lost my championship position, said McClure."
