The 2010 AMCS season has not even begun yet, but one of the biggest rumors in AMCS has already came up. Foreign automakers expressed interest in the AMCS for 2011. Representatives from automakers such as Volkswagen, BMW, and Audi have already held meetings with AARO officials. Also, AMCS officials have expressed that they want Dodge, Chevy, and Ford to run their muscle cars next year. Dodge might run the Challenger, Ford the Mustang, and Chevrolet the Camaro. AMCS officials are hoping this brings more young European drivers into the series.
UPDATE: At a formal announcement, AMCS officials announced that Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, and Pontiac will be in the series in 2011. Also, the American manufacturers will run Pony cars this year in 2010.
